Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. finely chopped apples
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can coconut

Preparation

Mix ingredients; pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cake cool and remove from pan; spread on the icing.
