Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cooked
1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
