Corn "Oysters" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans corn (whole kernel)
1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Drain corn. Add well beaten eggs, seasonings and flour.
Mix well. Batter will be thin.
Heat oil medium to hot.
Drop spoonfuls in pan. Brown on both sides. Reduce heat and cook gently on both sides until center is cooked. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with meat course!
