Light Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. boneless top round steak, cubed in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. teriyaki sauce
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1 medium yellow onion, cut into eighths
    1 medium green bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
    16 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Place steak and mushrooms in a casserole dish.
    Pour teriyaki sauce over them and sprinkle with black pepper.
    Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
