Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. buttered crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook eggplant in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, drain. Add egg, milk, butter, onion and dry crumbs.
    Place in greased casserole and top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
