Stuard'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Preheat skillet with 1 tablespoon oil.
    Take pan from oven and add 2 strips of bacon to bottom of pan.
    Pour mixture over bacon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
