Pineapple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together and place 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan; pat down firmly.
    Mix together the last 4 ingredients and cook in double boiler until thick.
    Spread on top of first mixture.
    Put remaining crumb mixture on top.
    Tap down lightly.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool and then cut into squares.
