Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna fish, drained (or up to 2 c. if desired)
    2 c. bread cubes (I use seasoned stuffing croutons)
    2 c. medium white sauce
    2 eggs
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped mushrooms
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients and bake in a buttered loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This dish has a very good flavor and no one can guess that it is tuna!
