Peach Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of ground cloves
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 (29 oz.) can peach halves, drained
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water 25 to 30 minutes or until tender; drain.
Let cool to touch.
Peel, mash and measure 2 cups potatoes.
Combine sweet potatoes and the next 5 ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Pipe or spoon potato mixture onto peach halves.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
