Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers (core taken out)
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook peppers in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Stuff in peppers.
    Put excess filling around edge.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
