Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
cinnamon
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. shortening
2/3 c. milk
sugar

Preparation

Sift the dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening, add the milk and beaten egg.
Cover with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Bake in a shallow pan in hot oven at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
