Venison Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 lb. venison roast
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour with salt and pepper.
    Rub mixture all over roast. In the bacon grease, brown roast on all sides in a large Dutch oven.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly for 3 hours.
