Broccoli-Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli slaw (available in the refrigerated products section of most grocery stores)
    8 oz. julienned carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Toss in the broccoli slaw and carrots.
    Mix to combine well.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
