Chris Hayden'S Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

scallops
bread crumbs
melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange scallops in broil proof baking pan.
Sprinkle with your favorite bread crumbs, seasoned or not.
Melt 1/2 stick butter per pound of scallops and pour over crumbed scallops.
Broil 10 minutes fairly close to heat.
