Salisbury Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oil
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In bowl, combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
Set aside.
In another bowl, lightly beat egg.
Add bread crumbs, onions, salt and pepper.
Take 1/4 cup of soup mixture and add to ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 6 patties.
In large skillet, brown patties with oil.
Combine remaining soup with water.
Pour over patties.
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until meat is done.
Remove and sprinkle with parsley.
