Chicken (Or Turkey) Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 cube butter or margarine
1 c. hot water
4 c. Pepperidge Farm cube stuffing mix
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 cans cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of celery and 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine celery, onion, butter or margarine and hot tap water. Add to stuffing mix, chicken or turkey and water chestnuts, then mix together soup and cream of chicken with milk.
Put 1/2 of the stuffing mixture in bottom of
9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add chicken or turkey and sliced water chestnuts.
Layer last 1/2 of stuffing mixture on top.
Pour over milk and soup mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
