Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix (with ingredients)
    14 oz. bag caramels
    1/2 c. Milnot milk
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
