Pork With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh pork or ham
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. stock (broth)
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Roast ham/pork in a warm oven, 325\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add sauerkraut and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add stock, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    May thicken with cornstarch. Serve with sliced ham.
