Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. black walnuts
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat.
    Pour into greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Put on your favorite icing.
