Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
 
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all of the ingredients and pour into baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
 
Top with corn flake crumbs mixed with melted shortening.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Should be bubbly around the edges.
