Canned Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. water
    1 3/4 c. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    cubed meat or steak
Preparation
    Bring water, salt and brown sugar to a boil; cool.
    Put a cup of brine into each quart jar.
    Fill with cubed meat or steak. Process in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. This doesn't have to be processed as long because of the brine.
