Chocolate Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Sift sugar, flour together.
Mix in saucepan the margarine, oil and cocoa and water.
Bring to a rapid boil and pour over sugar and flour mixture.
Add and mix well the buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, salt and soda.
Spray a long pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
