Baked Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium-sized carrots
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 whole cloves
    1/4 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Shred the carrots and place in a buttered casserole.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly; bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 4 to 6.
