Teriyaki Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    additional chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast half
    1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
Preparation
    In a small Ziploc bag, combine the 2 tablespoons chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, minced garlic and chicken, then seal bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade and set marinade aside. Broil chicken for 12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once. Meanwhile, add broth to marinade to measure 2/3 cup. Pour into a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add rice and let stand for 5 minutes. Only makes 1 serving.
