Lemon Bread(Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Combine milk, juice and thyme.
    Bring to boil and cool.
    Cream in large mixer bowl the butter.
    Add sugar and beat well.
    Then eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt) together.
    Add alternately with milk mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, beginning and ending with flour.
    Add the lemon rind and stir through well.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Pour batter into pan and bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Test with a wooden toothpick for doneness.
    If desired, you can glaze it or just dust with powdered sugar.
