Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    4 tsp. curry powder (or to taste)
    1 (15 1/4 oz) can pineapple chunks
    1 (15 1/4 oz) can pears
    1 (15 1/4 oz) can peaches
    1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar and curry powder.
    Drain fruit.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Spoon sugar mixture over fruit.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Good with any meat dish.
