Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, green pepper and onion.
    Add ground beef and brown it.
    Stir in soups and water.
    Add the cooked spaghetti. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
