Ingredients

1 c. brown vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
beets
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except beets and heat to boiling.
Add cooked, peeled beets and heat until heated through and ladle into sterilized fruit jars.
Seal with lids.
Makes 4 pints.
