Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown vinegar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    beets
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except beets and heat to boiling.
    Add cooked, peeled beets and heat until heated through and ladle into sterilized fruit jars.
    Seal with lids.
    Makes 4 pints.
