Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless chicken breast
1 lemon, cut in 1/2
flour
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. tarragon leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Preparation

Lightly pound the chicken breasts to make them even thickness. Using a small pot with the chicken between plastic wrap works well.
