Peach Pie Alaska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O gelatin, any flavor or sugar free
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust shell, cooled
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. diced fresh peaches
    3 1/2 c. Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth.
    Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
    Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm.
    Makes 8 servings. Garnish.
