Veggie Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 zucchini, washed and sliced
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
small green pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Italian mixed seasoning, sprinkle lightly
1 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 oz. bread, toasted and crumbled
2 oz. skim milk
Preparation

In casserole dish, layer zucchini, mushrooms, green pepper and onions.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Add cheese and bread crumbs. Pour milk over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Equals lunch protein plus 1 ounce bread and 2 ounces milk.
