Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup of the soup with beef, egg, crumbs, onion and seasonings.
    Shape into 6 patties that are flat and quite thick. Brown patties in a small amount of oil in skillet.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Mix remaining soup, water and parsley.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
