Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    4 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    dash of ground red pepper
Preparation
    In a large
    Teflon skillet, saute green onions, parsley and garlic in margarine until onions are soft.
    Reduce heat to low; add shrimp, stirring constantly.
    Cook 3 minutes and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer
    3
    more
    minutes.
    This can be served separately in a
    bowl
    or
    over
    cooked
    rice.
    It also makes a good appetizer
    by placing equal amounts of shrimp and sauce in individual serving bowls.
