Imitation Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread (crusts removed)
    1 lb. flaked, cooked fish (blue, trout, flounder or any whitefish)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook fish until done and flake.
    Crumble bread and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Form into patties and fry in hot oil.
