Rice And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 stick butter
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Brown the ingredients in the butter.
    After this is brown, put into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour 1 can beef consomme soup and 1 cup water.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
