Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 lb. onion, chopped
    6 to 12 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tall can Pet milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water and cook with onion, bouillon and salt until tender.
    Cook, uncovered, and let some water boil off. Add butter and milk.
    Serve topped with grated Cheddar cheese.
