Beef Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion
    1/3 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    4 oz. can black olives
    garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Put onion, pepper, garlic, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper in blender.
    Chop for 3 seconds.
    Mix rice, meat and other ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Sprinkle garlic salt over top, if desired.
