Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. tomato juice or puree
    1 c. catsup (optional)
    1 small can mushrooms
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken; skin and cut into bite size pieces.
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.
    Melt oleo; saute celery, bell pepper and onion until almost tender.
    Add soup, tomato juice, catsup and mushrooms.
    Alternate in layers.
    Bake about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
