Great French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    margarine or butter
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, fork whip eggs, milk, nutmeg and vanilla extract until blended and frothy.
    Dip each bread slice into egg mixture, coating bread completely.
    In a shallow bowl, dip each slice of bread into crushed corn flakes, covering bread completely.
    Pan-fry coated bread slices in melted margarine or butter until golden brown on both sides.
    Serve with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
