Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. picante sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    shredded lettuce
    tomato wedges
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
    In a 9-inch pie plate, shape firmly into ring.
    Bake for about 1 hour or until done.
