Gourmet Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen baby peas
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. fried, crumbled bacon
1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Thaw and drain peas.
Add onion, celery and sour cream.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chill.
When ready to serve, add bacon and cashews.
Mix and serve.
(May be presented on a bed of lettuce, if desired.)
