Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Save 6 tablespoons juice and mix with flour, sugar and margarine.
Toss cheese with pineapple.
Pour juice, flour and margarine mixture over pineapple and cheese mixture. Sprinkle crackers over that and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
