Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium carrot, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring water and bouillon cube to a boil.
    Add broccoli and carrot.
    Cook according to broccoli directions. Remove from heat.
    Do not drain.
    In separate pan, melt butter and slowly stir in flour.
    Continue stirring while gradually adding milk.
    Stir in cubed cheese, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Add the broccoli mixture to the white sauce mixture and cook over medium heat until soup is thick.
    Stir to keep from sticking.
