1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
7/8 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. apples, finely chopped
cinnamon to taste

Rhubarb may be substituted for the apples.
