Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking soda, spices and salt.
    Set aside. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, mayonnaise and pineapple; gradually beat in dry ingredients until well mixed. Stir in with a spoon carrots and walnuts.
    Turn into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
