Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. low-cholesterol oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs until light.
    Then add oil and beat.
    Add 1/2 of dry ingredients and beat well.
    Remove beaters.
    The rest must be hand mixed with a wooden spoon.
    Add zucchini and remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 1-pound bread pans that are greased and lightly floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
