Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Gradually add well drained pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion, and garlic salt.
    Chill well. Form into one large or two small balls and roll in one cup chopped pecans.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and twisted pineapple slices centered with a cherry.
