1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 egg white
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Pour into heated and greased large iron skillet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
