Fluffy Cocoa Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cocoa
    4 c. confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream part of cocoa-sugar mixture with the butter.
    Blend in milk,
    vanilla and lemon extract.
    Add remaining cocoa-sugar mixture and beat well to desired spreading consistency.
    More milk may be added if needed.
