Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1 2/3 to 2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut with 2 or 3 inch cookie cutters.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
